Microsoft OWC Chart component could allow an attacker to verify a file`s existence using the "Load" method

Description:
Microsoft Office Web Components (OWC) could allow a remote attacker to determine if a file resides on the system by setting the "oCS.Load" property to the path of the file. If an error is returned, then file does not reside on the system.
