Borland InterBase "INTERBASE" environment variable buffer overflow

Description:
InterBase is vulnerable to a buffer overflow, caused by insufficient bounds checking in the "INTERBASE" environment variable in the gds_drop, gds_inet_server, and gds_lock_mgr binaries. By supplying an overly long string to the environment variable, a local attacker can overflow the buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system.
