Icecast "dot dot" sequences could be used to determine sensitive information

Description:

Icecast could allow a remote attacker to determine whether a requested directory or file exists on the file system. If a remote attacker submits a GET request for an arbitrary file or directory containing "dot dot" sequences (/../), the server will return a different response depending on whether the requested directory exists on the system or not. The attacker could use this information to prepare for further attacks against the requested server.
