mIRC $asctime identifier buffer overflow

Description:
mIRC is vulnerable to a buffer overflow in the $asctime identifier. If an mIRC client has the script installed on their computer that calls $asctime, a remote attacker in control of a malicious IRC server could pass a format specifier containing more than 388 bytes to the $asctime identifier to overflow a buffer and execute code on the system.
