Caldera OpenUnix and UnixWare /usr/X/bin/Xsco buffer overflow

Description:
Caldera OpenUnix is vulnerable to a buffer overflow in the X server (Xsco). By calling a program such as xkbcomp with an overly long argument, a local attacker could overflow a buffer and execute code on the system.
Platforms Affected:

- SCO, Caldera UnixWare 7.1.1
Remedy:
Apply the erg711819b patch, as listed in SCO Security Advisory CSSA-2002-SCO.38. See References.
